Computer Camp
Day Program
Day
camp operates Monday-Friday. Day camp also includes a day of fun on
Saturday and the end of camp Techno-Talent night party on the second
Thursday of the session. Tuition includes classroom instruction, supervision
and meals as indicated in the table below.
Three different weekday program options give parents
maximum flexibility.
Day program runs from
8:45 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Includes lunch and open lab time from 4:00-5:00
P.M. Parents may pick-up campers anytime between 4:15-5:00 P.M.
Extended Day program runs from 8:30 A.M.
to 6:00 P.M. and includes lunch and dinner. Also includes open lab time
from 4:00-5:00 P.M
Full Day program runs from 7:30 A.M. to
7:30 P.M. and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also includes open
lab time from 4:00-5:00 P.M. and Evening Rec & Tech activities from
6:00-7:30 P.M.

Emagination Game Design Camps

Emagination Game Design is a special 14 day (Saturday to Friday) overnight program for 15-18 year olds who are serious about learning the video game design and development process as it is practiced in the industry today.
The program is offered at:
Bentley
College in Waltham, Massachusetts Mercer
University in Atlanta, Georgia Students arrive by early afternoon on a Saturday and the program ends at noon on Friday two weeks later. Tuition includes room for 13 nights and all meals from Saturday dinner through lunch on the second Friday of the session.
Ways to Save on Tuition
Refer A Friend and earn a $50 tuition credit.
Multi-session discounts - Save $75 on each additional session.
Sibling discounts - Save $100 per session per additional sibling.
Deposits and Additional Costs
A deposit of $250 per session is due when you register and may be paid by Visa/MasterCard or by E-Check. Registrations made after June 1st require payment in full.
Some workshops carry lab fees. (see Workshop Descriptions)
We offer optional pick-up and drop-off of overnight participants from airports / train stations at a cost of $40 each way. (see Transportation)
Parents of multi-session campers are billed $49 for transportation and entrance fees for an off campus trip on the Saturday between sessions.
Multi-session overnight campers bring spending money for trips off campus.
Overnight campers may purchase canteen tickets for use at the Camp Store.
The Fine Print
All payments are refundable, less a $90 administration fee, until June 1st.
There are no refunds after June 1st for any reason.
Session changes may be made at no cost, subject to availability, until two weeks before the session start date.
Tuition payments on registrations made prior to June 1st are due in full by June 1st. Late payments incur a $75 additional charge.
A $50 late processing fee is charged for any Health History Form that is not received at Emagination's corporate office by May 15. For registrations after May 1st, the form is due within 14 days or by the Saturday one week prior to the start of a camp session, whichever date is earlier..
HEALTH HISTORY FORMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON LOGIN DAY AT CAMP LOCATIONS.
The form must be received and processed at the corporate office.
For last minute registrations (i.e. after midnight on the Sunday one week preceding a camp session) there is a $75 fee that covers late registration and Health History Form processing. This fee does not apply when adding a session for a camper already at camp. .
The one week Bonus Session is not eligible for multi-session, sibling, early bird or other discounts, promotions or coupons.
