Transportation

Emagination is pleased to offer assistance with transportation to and from camp for overnight program participants and for day campers in the computer camp program.

Parents who would like to take advantage of any of the services described below will complete an online form. The applicable form is included in the Parent Information Package that becomes available on the website in March. All registrants will receive an email with a link to the Parent Information Package when it becomes available.

Services for Overnight Program Participants

Transportation by Emagination staff members may be arranged to and from airports, railroad stations and bus terminals. There is a $40 charge each way.

Airport Arrivals:
Program participants arriving by plane, parents should plan for arrivals between 10 AM and 2PM on Login day. Emagination staff will be at the airport during that window and will transport campers to campus. For plane arrivals outside of the arrival window, call the corporate office and we will be happy to provide information on a private car service with which you may make arrangements.

Airport Departures:
For computer camp program participants departing by plane on Logout day, parents should plan for departures between 2 PM and 5 PM. For participants in Specialty Tech Programs (Game Design, 3D Animated Film and RC Car Racing) parents should plan flights for departure between 3PM and 6 PM on Logout day. We cannot accommodate departures prior to 3PM because the Specialty Tech Programs do not end until noon on Logout day. For departures outside of the departure window, call the corporate office and we will be happy to provide information on a private car service with which you may make arrangements.

Arrivals & Departures at Train & Bus Terminals:
Parents should plan on the same arrival and departure times described in Airport Arrivals/Departures above. Call the corporate office to make arrangements for arrivals and departures outside of these times.

Summer camp in Massachusetts. We transport to/from Logan International Airport in Boston and South Station (trains) in Boston.

Mercer University in Atlanta, GA
Summer camp in Georgia. We transport to/from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta Amtrak Station and Atlanta Greyhound Lines Station.

Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL
Summer camp in Illinois. We transport to/from O'Hare International Airport, Union Station (trains) and Chicago area bus terminals. If you prefer Midway Airport call the corporate office and we will be happy to provide information on a private car service with which you may make arrangements.

Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA
Summer camp in Pennsylvania. We transport to/from Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia's 30th Street Station.

Services for Day Campers

We assist day camper families arranging car pools at all camp locations. At selected locations we provide daily pick up and drop off from local commuter rail stations.

Bentley University in Waltham, MA
Day camp near Boston. We help parents make carpooling arrangements.

Day camp in northeast Atlanta. We help parents make carpooling arrangements.

Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL
Day camp on Chicago's North Shore. We pick-up and drop off at both Lake Forest METRA stations. The cost is $80 per session.

Day camp on Philadelphia's Main Line. We pick-up and drop-off at SEPTA's Rosemont Train Station. The cost is $80 per session.
