The Mercer University Campus
Mercer University's beautiful Atlanta campus is situated on 200 impeccably maintained park-like acres in northeast Atlanta. Expansive outdoor fields, an indoor pool and gymnasium, make Mercer an ideal location for summer camp in Georgia and Atlanta day camps. Overnight camp participants are grouped by age and gender and live with counselors in apartment-style housing. All technology camp workshops are held in one centrally located academic building.

Mercer is conveniently located near the intersections of Interstates 85 and 285. Families from throughout the southeast have easy access to Mercer and Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport is a short drive for campers coming to Atlanta summer camps from far away states and foreign countries.

Programs Offered at Mercer
Emagination offers two technology camp programs at Mercer.

Computer Camp
Our core computer camp program is for 8-17 year olds and balances technology learning with fun summer camp activities in two-week sessions. We also offer one week mini sessions.

At our Atlanta summer camp location we offer nearly 20 Technology Workshops plus Retro Games for daily recreation and fun.

All campers at Emagination are assigned to small groups with a counselor mentor. Kilobyte campers ages 8-10 eat together and receive assistance with daily living activities and have earlier bedtimes if they stay overnight. Megabytes ages 11-13 are the largest group at camp. Campers in 8th grade or higher before camp are part of Senior Camp. Seniors have more independence, free time and special activities.

Overnight Camp starts with drop off on Sunday afternoon and ends two Fridays later at 4:00 PM. The weekend in the middle of the session is part of the program and is tuition free.

Day Camp operates Monday-Friday and day campers are invited at no charge to Saturday activities and the end of camp party on Thursday night. Three Day Camp options offer parents maximum flexibility.

Day program runs 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM with pick up anytime between 4:15-5:00 PM and includes lunch.

Extended Day program runs 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and includes lunch and dinner.

Full Day program runs from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and includes all three meals.

Game Design Camp
Emagination Game Design is a two-week overnight video game design camp in Atlanta for 15-18 year olds. Teens build a video game and get an in-depth view of what it takes to work at top game design companies. Guest speakers and a game design studio tour round out this video game camp program.
