The Old Westbury Campus
A wooded 600-acre campus, centrally located on Long Island, provides an ideal setting for Emagination's New York summer camp and Long Island day camp. Overnight campers are grouped by age and gender and live with counselors in air conditioned Woodlands Hall, which also conveniently serves as the location for Emagination's technology workshops.

Quiet and virtually free of college students during the summer, the campus has ample playing fields for outdoor recreation including soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, kickball and other Emagination activities. Swimming is not offered at this location. Meals are provided for campers and staff in the student center, a short walk from Woodlands Hall.

The campus is located less than 20 miles east of New York City in the Village of Old Westbury and is readily accessible for day camp families from the Long Island Expressway, Northern State Parkway, Jericho Turnpike and N. Hempstead Turnpike.

Transportation Assistance
We offer pick up and drop off service for overnight campers at JFK International Airport and LaGuardia Airport. We also assist day camper families with carpools. Learn more at Transportation Assistance.

Our Computer Camp Program Offered at Old Westbury
Emagination's core computer camp program is for 8-17 year olds and offers technology learning plus fun summer camp activities. At this location we offer 17 Technology Workshops plus Retro Games for daily recreation and fun.

All campers at Emagination are assigned to small groups with a counselor mentor. Kilobyte campers ages 8-10 eat together and receive assistance with daily living activities and have earlier bedtimes if they stay overnight. Megabytes ages 11-13 are the largest group at camp.

Campers in 8th grade or higher before camp are part of Senior Camp. Seniors have more independence, free time and special activities.

Emagination's Overnight Camp on Long Island starts with drop off on Sunday afternoon and ends two Fridays later at 4:00 PM. The weekend in the middle of the session is part of the program and is tuition free.

Emagination's Long Island Day Camp operates Monday-Friday and day campers are invited at no charge to Saturday activities and the end of camp party on Thursday night. Three Day Camp options offer parents maximum flexibility.

Day program runs 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM with pick up anytime between 4:15-5:00 PM

Extended Day program runs 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and includes lunch and dinner.

Full Day program runs from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and includes all three meals.
