Transportation

Transportation Assistance
For students in the Game Design Program, transportation by Emagination staff members may be arranged to and from nearby airports, railroad stations and bus terminals. There is a $40 charge each way.

Parents who would like to take advantage of this convenient service must complete a Transportation Form. The Form is included in the Parent Information Package which will be available on the website in March.

For students arriving by plane, parents should plan flights for arrival in a window between 10 AM and 2PM on check in day. Emagination staff will meet arriving students and transport them to camp. For arrivals outside of the arrival window, call the office and we will provide information on a private car service with which you can make arrangements.

For students departing by plane, parents should plan flights for departure between 3PM and 6 PM on check out day. We cannot accomodate departures prior to 3PM because the program does not end until noon on check out day. For departures outside of the 3 PM-6 PM window, call the office and we will provide information on a private car service with which you may make arrangements.

Georgia game design camp-- located at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA, we transport to/from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, Atlanta Amtrak Station and Atlanta Greyhound Lines Station.

Massachusetts game design-- camp located at Bentley College in Waltham, MA, we transport to/from Logan International Airport in Boston and South Station (trains) in Boston.
